In form mare Dainty Miss completed back-to-back wins with a gutsy
performance in the Showcase BM70 Handicap (1354m) at Donald.

Following a strong win over the same track and distance a fortnight
earlier, Dainty Miss handled the step up in class superbly, to hang on and
defeat Flying Hussler by a long neck.

Dean Holland was positive early on the four-year-old before settling in
second place. Soon after straightening Dean made a bee-line for the better
going in the middle of the track and the mare found plenty to hold off the
fast finishers.

Dainty Miss has always shown her share of ability, which was evidenced with
a placing in Saturday grade at Flemington last preparation. She's clearly
come back a much better horse and will be given her chance back in town in
the coming weeks.

Dainty Miss' win continued a great run for the stable over the past month
with John training five winners since 17 June.
