Star Pirate made it a nice debut over the Hurdles in the Eden Brook By Devine Maiden Hurdle 3200m @ Pakenham today and with nothing going right from the outset  and with a farcical pace early walking in front he pulled early,middle stages getting caught 3 deep most of the journey, he loomed up getting to the turn and looked the winner up the straight fighting it out right to the line but just falling short with the run taking it's toll.

He will improve greatly from the Debut and we look forward to better things from him in the coming weeks 'stick with him"!
